Term of Use
HonkIT.com is an online contact book which send updated contact details to the added contacts. All the services, applications and content offered at HonkIT.com will come under the purview of this agreement.
This “Terms of Use Agreement” sets forth all legally binding terms of Use of HonkIT.com services, applications and content. By using HonkIT.com, you explicitly become a “User” who has agreed to be bound by this agreement . If you do not intend to be bound by this agreement, you must immediately leave HonkIT.com and not use any of our applications, services or content.
When accepting this agreement, the user should also be aware and be bound by our privacy policy. The user also agrees to read the safety tips mentioned on HonkIT.com. HonkIT.com retains the right to modify this agreement from time to time. Those modifications will be effective from the time they are posted on HonkIT.com. It is agreed upon by the user to be bound by those modifications. Therefore, it is also agreed upon by the user to review any changes in the terms of agreement, Privacy policy on a regular basis to be aware of any changes in the terms of use.
Eligibility
Use of and Membership in the HonkIT.com is void where prohibited. By using the HonkIT.com Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 15 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the HonkIT.com Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are less than 15 years of age.Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use HonkIT.com Services. HonkIT.com may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify HonkIT.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account.Fees
It is agreed by the user that HonkIT.com reserves the right to charge for its Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion.Posting and Use of Content
HonkIT.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. The content posted by the users are not necessarily reviewed by HonkIT.com and do not represent the policies and views of HonkIT.com. HonkIT.com does not endorse and has no control over such content. HonkIT.com shall not be reponsible for sms and emails being sent by the memeber to his added contact.Ownership of Material:

HonkIT.com contains Content of Users and other HonkIT.com licensors. Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any content appearing on or through HonkIT.com Other information posted by HonkIT.com is completely owned by HonkIT.com and its licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, replicating this content for any purposes. HonkIT.com respects the copyright law and all its members should ensure that no copyrighted material on which the user doesn’t have any rights be posted by him/her on HonkIT.com. The user who has posted such material takes complete responsibility and liability. If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on HonkIT.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, we request you to immediately contact us via our Contact us form. We request you to also provide any info that would prove the accuracy of your claim and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the our site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the HonkIT.com is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the HonkIT.com.Illegal Activities
It is agreed by the users not to use HonkIT.com for any kind of illegal activities, like sexual solicitation, financial traps, solicitation of personal info, threatening, obscene or defamatory activities, sexual imagery, stalking, Virus, automated scripts which will add friends, write comments onto individual profiles and their content, using others account information, posting copyrighted and pirated material, chain letters, spamming, photos or information of other persons for which you do not have explicit acceptance and etc. HonkIT.com is committed to its users overall safety and reserves the right to work and cooperate with local authorities to take appropriate action against any user indulging in illegal activities on HonkIT.com.Member Disputes

MHonkIT.com does not assume any responsibility for any damages caused to the user because of any error in services, omission of information, unauthorized actions, failure of infrastructure, natural calamities etc. Under no circumstances shall HonkIT.com be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the HonkIT.com Services, attendance at a HonkIT.com event, because of any Content posted on or through HonkIT.com, or from the conduct of any Users of the HonkIT.com, whether online or offline.
